Cheyenne approves signing MOU to split Chugwater wind project funds

Cheyenne City Council members are giving Mayor Patrick Collins the green light to sign a memorandum of understanding with nearby counties and cities for how to divide up roughly $12 million in impact funds tied to the Chugwater Energy wind project. Campbell County library board sees criticism, support after $700K settlement

Teton County Sexual and Reproductive Health Clinic keeps going after partnership ends
