Debates for U.S. House and U.S. Senate to be broadcast on Wyoming PBS

Candidates hoping to represent Wyoming in the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate will face off in live broadcast debates on Wyoming PBS this Thursday, November 1st.

The debates, which will be held at the Little Theater on the Central Wyoming College campus in Riverton, will be open to the public. All attendees must be seated by 6:45 p.m., and no signs, buttons, campaign literature or paraphernalia will be allowed in the Little Theater.

All candidates qualified by the Wyoming Secretary of State to appear on the Wyoming ballot were invited to participate; the following schedule reflects the scheduled participants, dates and times of the debates:

U.S. Senate â€“ Thursday, November 1 at 7 p.m. LIVE DEBATE. (Repeats Saturday, November 3, at 3 p.m.; Sunday, November 4, at 10:30 a.m.)

Tim Chesnut [D]
Joel Otto [Country]

U.S. House of Representatives â€“ Thursday, November 1 at 8 p.m. LIVE DEBATE. (Repeats Saturday, November 3, at 4 p.m.; Sunday, November 4, at 11:30 a.m.)

Representative Cynthia Lummis [R] incumbent
Chris Henrichsen [D]
Richard Brubaker [L]
Daniel Clyde Cummings [Constitution]
Don Wills [Country]

Wyoming PBS is partnering with the Wyoming Business Report and Wyoming Public Radio;  WPR will also be simulcasting the debates.
