Pine Bluffs Mayor Justin Fornstrom will fill Wyoming’s House District 10 seat left vacant after Rep. John Eklund, a Laramie County Republican and rancher, died following a battle with cancer. Laramie County commissioners interviewed three nominees chosen by the Laramie County Republican Party. But that doesn’t stop the community from celebrating “Weihnachten” — the German word for Christmas.
