Anne Brande is a fourth-generation Wyoming photographer who lives in the Laramie Basin. She and her husband own and operate Ludwig Photography — Wyoming's oldest downtown business — on the corner of Ivinson Avenue and Third Street in Laramie. In 2020, Anne founded the Albany County Conservancy, a grassroots nonprofit organization headquartered in Laramie. It works to protect and preserve the significant wildlife and cultural values found within the native habitats in and around Albany County and southeastern Wyoming through community outreach,education efforts and direct advocacy.
